Shipping & Returns
DOMESTIC ORDERS (SINGAPORE)
All orders will be processed and packed within 3 working days.
To ensure your items reach you safely and in a timely manner, standard shipping is a courier service charged at a flat rate of SGD $2. Your parcel will take 1—3 working days to arrive at your doorstep after the order has been dispatched.
All parcels will be shipped via Ninja Van which can be tracked with the tracking number and URL emailed to you once it has been dispatched.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Free standard courier shipping is provided for all orders above SGD $100, which will be automatically applied upon checkout. (Note: Domestic orders only)
Next-day delivery is charged at a flat-rate of SGD $8.
For urgent same-day delivery orders, do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Self collection is available by appointment only. Drop us an email at email@example.com after selecting Self Collection at check-out and arrange a day with us (Monday to Friday only) to collect your item at the following address: 47 Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore 577200. (Nearest MRT Station: Marymount MRT, CC16)
Shipping to Malaysia is charged at a flat rate of SGD $8 and will take 7-14 days to arrive. Parcels can be tracked with a tracking number and URL emailed to you once it has been dispatched.
Shipping to Indonesia is charged at a flat rate of SGD $14 and will take 7-14 days to arrive. Parcels can be tracked with a tracking number and URL emailed to you once it has been dispatched.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
International shipping is charged at a flat-rate of SGD$20, which will take 7—21 days to arrive. Parcels can be tracked with the tracking number and URL emailed to you once it has been dispatched.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If the item you have purchased is faulty, defective, or if the size does not fit right, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID within 14 days after you have received the item, indicating:
1. Reason for return and preferred refund option
2. Exchange size (if applicable) and/or item
Items mailed back to us must be unused, unworn and retained in its original packaging. Items received in an unsatisfactory condition will be denied.
An acknowledgement email will be sent upon receipt detailing the next course of action. Please note that shipping costs for return items will be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately, sale items are not applicable for exchange or return.
